I worked as a freelance Landscape Architect for Groundwork in Dartford in Kent and they commissioned me to to a feasibility study for a new walkway along the north side of the Thames called the Two Forst Way. I spent a couple of weeks walking the rout in each direction, recording all the obstacles and liaising with landowners to seek solutions. Then I did an estimate of what it would cost to build the footway and cycle route. As I had run many landscape contracts over the years I was able to provide fairly accurate costs for the work. it enabled fund raising to take place and applications to be made to build the new path.

The route extended from Tilbury to Coalhouse
